Neria™Guard - soft cannula

An infusion set with soft cannula and fully automatic inserter.4

The Neria™Guard is a disconnectable infusion set with a 23G soft cannula and fully automatic inserter.

The Neria™Guard infusion set reduces the risk of sharps injuries and complies with the EU Sharps Directive.1,4 The infusion set is applied with a simple button press, aiding correct positioning every time with a 90° insertion angle.4,5,6

The Neria™Guard is useful for patients with a fear of needles as the cannula is not visible before, during after placement.2 All Neria™ infusion sets have a low priming volume3, resulting in minimal drug wastage.

The neria™Guard is available in two cannula lengths and has a standard luer lock connection. The infusion set is disconnectable, which is practical for bathing or showering.

The Neria™Guard is intended for subcutaneous infusion of drugs such as immunoglobulins for the treatment of primary immunodeficiency, apomorphine for Parkinson's disease and morphine (hydromorphone, morphine sulfate and morphine chloride) for pain therapy and in dehydration.8
